Conversation Logs

We also provide you the option to view the conversation logs for your WABA account. This will help you to view exactly what message was sent to any number.

You will get the following details:

  • Recipient number

  • Message type

  • Message content

  • Date and time

  • Message status

  • Action- In case client has sent a reply to your message, you can send him a reply from your panel

You also have the option to view the entire conversation history with any particular number by clicking on it.

You also have the option to filter the reports by

  • phone number

  • message type

  • date range
